Our comprehensive Furtherance membership combines Zion HealthShare medical cost sharing with additional Furtherance benefits, including ScriptClara prescription benefits, virtual care, and member support.

Zion Stand Alone (Catastrophic)
A streamlined option focused on larger, unexpected medical expenses through Zion HealthShare medical cost sharing. Virtual Urgent Care is included, and Preventative Sharing can be added when desired.

Understanding Your IUA

The Initial Unshareable Amount (IUA) is the amount a member is responsible for paying toward an eligible medical need before expenses related to that need become eligible for sharing under the applicable member guidelines.

Choose from a $1,250, $2,500, or $5,000 IUA. Members are responsible for no more than three IUAs per rolling 12-month period.
