Our comprehensive Furtherance membership combines Zion HealthShare medical cost sharing with additional Furtherance benefits, including ScriptClara prescription benefits, virtual care, and member support.

Zion Stand Alone (Catastrophic)
A lower-cost option centered on protection from larger, unexpected medical expenses through Zion HealthShare medical cost sharing. Virtual Urgent Care is included with every Catastrophic membership. Includes discount prescriptions and discount labs & imaging.

Understanding Your IUA

Your Initial Unshareable Amount (IUA) is the amount you are responsible for paying toward an eligible medical need before expenses related to that need become eligible for sharing under the applicable member guidelines.

Choose from a $1,250, $2,500, or $5,000 IUA. Members are responsible for no more than three IUAs per rolling 12-month period.
